I’ve spent nearly two decades in the software industry building a Quality Assurance practice from scratch, transforming technical writing teams, and directing global technical training and enablement at Liferay, Inc. Leadership, evolution, and transformation have been at the heart of everything I’ve done. And all of it has happened on an international scale—collaborating with distributed teams, building consensus, and developing emerging leaders across cultures and continents throughout the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

But I’m not a wrecking ball. True transformation—with AI or without—demands creativity, patience, and wisdom from aligned teams. My approach is about building bridges across cultures, roles, and organizational levels. I move just as comfortably across continents as I do between individual contributors and CEOs, developers and business analysts, support teams and marketing. Humility, deep empathy for end users, and building a comprehensive understanding of real business problems are central to how I lead.

At the same time, I'm a hands-on builder with a genuine love for technology. With the emergence of modern generative AI and large language models, I focus on turning the promise of AI into everyday business reality—shaping ideas into working solutions, eliminating operational bottlenecks, mitigating hallucinations and LLM weaknesses, and delivering projects, software, and documentation faster and with higher quality than previously possible.

Beyond the enterprise, I care deeply about the intersection of artificial intelligence and the Christian faith. As AI reshapes how we work, learn, and understand human vocation, I want to help churches, faith communities, and leaders navigate these questions with theological grounding, practical literacy, and discernment. I regularly explore these topics in my writing on tech and faith, and I welcome opportunities to speak, teach, and facilitate conversations for churches and Christian organizations.
